Before you buy
If you have a question about an item before placing your order, you can contact the seller directly from the product page:
- Go to the item page you’re interested in.
- Click Message seller (or Contact shop).
- Write your question (for example about size, material, or delivery time).
- Click Send message.
After you place an order
Once you’ve made a purchase, it’s best to message the seller from your order page so your message is linked to that transaction:
- Go to Your orders.
- Find the order you want help with.
- Click Help with order → Message seller.
- Write your message and include photos if needed.
Tip: Sellers are usually independent artisans, so allow up to 48 hours for a reply.
If you can’t reach the seller
If you’ve waited more than 48 hours and haven’t received a response, you can open a case for support:
- Go to Your orders.
- Find the order and click Help with order.
- Select Open a case and describe the issue.
Guests (no account)
If you purchased without a Tisslit account, you’ll need to link your order to one first:
- Sign up or log in using the same email you used at checkout.
- Visit Link a guest order.
- Enter your order info to access messaging and support options.
