How to Contact a Seller

Quick answer: You can message a seller directly from an item page, your orders page, or from the shop’s profile. Communication happens securely through Tisslit messages — your email remains private.

Before you buy

If you have a question about an item before placing your order, you can contact the seller directly from the product page:

  1. Go to the item page you’re interested in.
  2. Click Message seller (or Contact shop).
  3. Write your question (for example about size, material, or delivery time).
  4. Click Send message.

After you place an order

Once you’ve made a purchase, it’s best to message the seller from your order page so your message is linked to that transaction:

  1. Go to Your orders.
  2. Find the order you want help with.
  3. Click Help with orderMessage seller.
  4. Write your message and include photos if needed.
Tip: Sellers are usually independent artisans, so allow up to 48 hours for a reply.

If you can’t reach the seller

If you’ve waited more than 48 hours and haven’t received a response, you can open a case for support:

  1. Go to Your orders.
  2. Find the order and click Help with order.
  3. Select Open a case and describe the issue.

Guests (no account)

If you purchased without a Tisslit account, you’ll need to link your order to one first:

  • Sign up or log in using the same email you used at checkout.
  • Visit Link a guest order.
  • Enter your order info to access messaging and support options.
